When the EnrichHER program arrived in Geraldton in early March, it brought together a group of women from across the region, each stepping into the room with their own questions, challenges and hopes for what might come next.
Delivered by the Rural Regional Remote Women’s Network of WA in partnership with Curtin University, EnrichHER is made possible through the support of Mitsui E&P Australia and Beach Energy.
For one participant, the experience was transformative in ways she had not expected.
“There was this shared understanding that we were all there to discover something more about ourselves, or even just to remember something we had forgotten about who we are.”
Through EnrichHER, she gained new tools, fresh perspectives and a renewed sense of confidence. More importantly, she left with the courage to step forward, embrace discomfort and continue exploring new opportunities.
