On the back of our incredible and highly successful kickoff event, the Inspire + Collaborate series is back and ready to support and celebrate the women of the South West!
 
Our first event aimed to inspire (with a hefty side serve of networking to get to know the incredible women that surround you!) and event number two is all about building on that inspiration and making it happen for your business.
 
In this event we explore “brand identity” – what it is, how to curate it, how to make it work for your business and what makes a business stand out from the crowd.

Margarita Wallace – Eagle Bay Brewing Co.
A long-time lover of the hospitality industry, Margarita has worked in cellar doors, restaurants and a huge number of bars; as well as many hours of admin. Her path finally led her to Eagle Bay Brewing Company, where she served as one of the foundational members in the creation of their epic brand. She is entirely self-taught and has built her role through on-the-ground experience, surrounding herself with supportive mentors and leaders and through her passion to do things differently. Outside of work, Margie also holds the role of WA state coordinator for Pink Boots Australia – a not for profit global organization that supports the education and empowerment of women seeking careers in the beer industry. Cheers to that!
Shelby Foster – The Movement
Shelby started her career in Business Management travelling with Rydges Hotels and Resorts in 2006, working and studying within Management and Sales & Marketing she was fortunate enough to work through the Perth Corporate Hotel and then over to Melbourne. Shelby moved to Geelong to work with the EMC Group (The Pier Geelong) before heading back to Perth to further her education in the fields.

Moving to the South West in 2013, Shelby has worked with Pullman Resort, Samudra and Tischh Marketing. With a passion in fitness and wellbeing partnered with a drive to see brands with a purpose stand out, her own business; The Movement was born in 2015 with her husband Callum Foster. The Movement is more than just a gym, it’s a community driven wellness hub that has grown over six years to now incorporate fitness for health, yoga, nutrition, massage and an infrared sauna.

Shelby works with clients through fitness and nutrition, she manages the administration, finances, marketing and works with the seven other Personal Trainers to help them with the success of their businesses. Shelby has a passion to help small businesses get off the ground so continues to work with start-ups to create their brands and online presence.
Erin Molloy – Cabin Fever
 
One part of a dynamic duo that sees her teaming up with business partner Brianna Delaport, Erin is the festival director for Cabin Fever and other well-known festivals throughout WA. Erin, together with her business partner, manages all aspects from branding, planning and programming to marketing and event rollout.
 
The duo make festivals that are sold out, #followed and loved IRL. They claim that their not-so-secret secret power is taking the seed of an idea and transforming it into a fully-fledged festival that grows in success every year.
 
Just one sample of their impressive work includes Cabin Fever, a winter festival laden with epic feasts, parties and events, set in the wilderness of Margaret River. They are not a story of ‘overnight success’ but rather they are a story of determination, market research, trial and error and a whole heap of experience that saw them immerse themselves in the world of festivals (both local and international). Erin is inspired to collaborate with legends who make communities a better place and with brand agencies and clients who really understand that the best festivals push the boundaries of their genre.
 
WORKSHOP
To round things out, we’ll run a workshop aimed at giving you some actionable brand ID and unique proposition insights to take back into your business or role.
