RRR ANZ CULTIVATE 2023

Cultivate with ANZ

Cultivate is a partnership between ANZ and the RRR Network focusing on rural, regional and remote women’s leadership in Western Australia. The partnership has delivered three events in Perth meeting with 137 women. To reach more women in 2026 – a podcast will be delivered in March. Read more below –

In many regional communities, leadership isn’t a title – it’s the task that lands on your kitchen table. Kendall sits down with Tracy Lefroy and Sue Middleton to unpack the invisible load of local leadership, the gendered patterns behind who steps up, and what needs to change so communities — and the women holding them together can thrive.

Rural, Regional & Remote Women's Awards

AgriFutures Rural Women’s Award

Over the past 21 years, this Award has gained a significant profile, and is recognised as a program of influence among parliamentarians, industry, media and Award alumni. Each State and Territory Winner receives a $15,000 Westpac grant for their project, business or program, access to professional development opportunities and alumni networks.

AgriFutures Australia is committed to the future growth and advancement of the Award as a means of identifying, celebrating and empowering women.

Each year the RRR Network alongside Department of Primary Industry and Regional Development, Westpac and CBH host the AgriFutures Rural Women’s Award in Western Australia.

The annual announcement and celebration event is invite-only, with guests including the RWA Alumni dating back to 2000.
