The RRR Network welcomes a new and exciting partnership with ANZ. This year ANZ is investing in Western Australia’s rural, regional and remote (RRR) women so it may inspire leadership and support the financial economic empowerment of RRR women. ANZ will have a permanent presence on the RRR Network Newsletter demonstrating their commitment to strengthening regional communities, agribusiness, and women in Western Australia.
The RRR Network Newsletter is a one of a kind communication that reaches more than 3500 people every fortnight with a focus on Western Australia’s RRR communities and women. Subscribers include the public sector, government officials, education, agriculture, corporate sectors, small business, RRR communities, women and more. The RRR Network Newsletter is well known for promoting activities and events happening across WA’s regions, profiles on RRR women, it builds awareness of opportunities available to regional people, and while doing so keeps our RRR and metro people strongly connected.
In addition to the Newsletter, ANZ and the RRR Network are working on delivering their highly successful 2022 ‘Cultivate’ event again this year. The mission of ‘Cultivate’ is to prepare and develop young RRR women for leadership. This includes opportunities to listen and engage with other successful women, network, learn with and from others and be encouraged to lead.
Last year, 50 young women attended the Cultivate event at the ANZ Building in the CBD and for less than $50 per person. They were treated to a star line-up of speakers such as Marnie LeFevre from Fempire, Nancy Bonfiglio-Pavisich – a leadership consultant and university lecturer, Dee Roche – UWA MBA lecturer, Adrianne Oliveri from ANZ, Emma Scotney – ASX board experience and lawyer and hosted by RRR women role model and Moora Shire President – Tracy Lefroy.
This year the event, promises another star line-up, and we can announce that Tracy Lefroy will be leading the event again.
“I was so honoured to take the lead on Cultivate in 2022 and having never done something like that before I was unsure on what to expect…and then it was incredible. Just an amazing experience for all the women who attended, and I cannot wait to do this again with the RRR Network and ANZ. We are so fortunate that collaboration like this happens,” said Tracy.
RRR Network CEO, Kendall said “ANZ have shown us how much they value RRR women when they supported the Cultivate event. This event was expected to be a once off collaboration but we quickly discovered there could be exciting opportunities and possibilities if we work together more”.
ANZ, Natalie Marchese said “For years I had been part of the RRR Network, attending their events, immersing myself in their community of women and it was clear to me, that ANZ and the RRR Network shared values around strengthening agribusiness and the financial well-being of RRR women. This partnership for me reassures my commitment in ANZ knowing they are invested into RRR communities and women”.
The RRR Network will be releasing event details about Cultivate soon and to connect with ANZ – Natalie Marchese, please email her at natalie.marchese@anz.com. For more information on this media release, please contact admin@rrrnetwork.com.au.
