This program has been designed to create curiosity about self within each of the modules. It is less about what you need to do as a leader and more about who you can become in order to serve as a great leader within each of the modules.

This 8 module program will be delivered as a live online program via zoom. Sessions will be delivered every second Tuesday from 11am – 1pm commencing Tuesday 9th July 2024.
Cost of this program is normally $1,200 but 5 lucky RRR Network Members have the opportunity to receive a scholarship that will allow them to enrol in this program at no cost.

Those who are looking for self growth and development, those who have recently been promoted and also those who have long been in management and supervisor roles and just want to make their job easier by minimising the ‘people problems’ that they face day to day.
