Based in Northam, Enrika is a proud mum of four and knows firsthand the realities of raising a family in the regions while running a business and supporting a husband who works away. This lived experience fuels her passion for helping women navigate the modern pressures of being both primary caregiver and income contributor, while still pursuing leadership, financial independence and personal fulfilment.
Her governance experience includes roles as Treasurer of St Joseph’s School Advisory Council, President of Northam Women in Business, and Regional Ambassador for the RRR Network. She brings strengths in financial oversight, member representation, strategy and community-led initiatives.
