Meet the Staff
Megan MacNeill – Chief Executive Officer
Megan grew up in Scotland before immigrating to Western Australia in 2012. After competing her studies at Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Megan return to her hometown of Fort William where she started her own Marketing & Events business. Two years later she found herself in Perth, Western Australia working for WAFarmers Federation as the Membership Officer. She soon progressed to Marketing & Events Manager and after nearly 5 years moved on to StudyPerth to become their Marketing & Brand Manager where she would work closely with government and education bodies to promote Perth as a potential study destination for international students. Prior to coming to RRR Network, Megan spent a short time at an indigenous corporation.
When she is not on RRR business Megan also directs Relevant Business, a new consulting concept brand providing SMEs with marketing & HR “outsourced sanity’.
Megan is passionate about Western Australia and has been privileged enough to have travelled the length and breadth of the state through previous roles.
She lives in Perth with her partner, Stefan.
Kendall Galbraith – Policy & Research Officer
Kendall comes from an international and political research background from both Curtin and Edith Cowan University. Her research was dedicated to countering violent extremism and politics in the social media era. Kendall has an undergraduate degree in International Relations from Curtin and is currently studying her Masters in National Security and Counter Terrorism from CSU where she was included on the Executive Dean’s List for 2017. Kendall has regularly published articles with the Australian Institute for International Affairs and is also a Senior Organiser for the Labor Party where her efforts focus on the political empowerment of Western Australian women. Kendall lives in the south-west with her husband and two young boys.
Sian Pladdy-Kett – Membership & Engagement Officer
Sian grew up on a family farm in Wyalkatchem, which is where her love of the wheatbelt and agriculture began.
After graduating high school and enjoying a few years in Perth, Sian returned to the wheatbelt to work and study. While working for CBH and then Elders, Sian completed her Bachelor of Agricultural Science remotely through Charles Sturt University.
Sian then enjoyed a number of years with Ravensdown fertiliser looking after the wheatbelt, and more recently, spent several years working for Gallagher Australian looking after the North of WA.
Sian now runs a 5000 acre property with her husband Steve and new baby Zara, in the scenic town of Bencubbin. They run both cropping and livestock enterprises and are always looking at new industries and innovations to help grow their business and community.
Madison Jarvis – Executive & Events Assistant
After completing high school in Busselton Madison relocated to Perth to study fashion and textile design before completing a Diploma in Live Production and Technical Services at the WA Academy of Performing Arts.
More recently Madison has worked in the hospitality sector in the UK before returning home to Margaret River. She has joined the RRR Network as an events assistant combining her theatre management and hospitality experience.
